If you are pregnant and do not want to have a baby, you can end the pregnancy with an abortion.
Before you can get an abortion, you have to attend a counselling session. The abortion takes place a few days later.

If you decide to continue the pregnancy, you still have 2 options:

• To keep the baby;
• To give the baby up for adoption. Beware of untrustworthy organisations. Consult official adoption agencies only. 
  In some countries women can give birth to their baby at the hospital without having to give their name or without the hospital having to make the mother’s name known. After giving birth, the mother leaves the hospital. The baby is put up for adoption after a certain time.

إذا كنت حاملًا ولا ترغبين في الحصول على طفل، فيمكنك إنهاء الحمل من خلال الإجهاض.
قبل أن تتاح لكي إمكانية الإجهاض عليك أن تحضري جلسة مشورة. الإجهاض يحدث بعد مرور بضعة أيام.

إذا قررت مواصلة الحمل فلا يزال لديك خيارين:

• الاحتفاظ بالطفل،
• الاستغناء عن الطفل من خلال عرضه للتبني. احترسي من المنظمات غير الموثوق بها. استشيري وكالات التبني الرسمية فقط.
  في بعض البلدان يمكن للسيدات أن يقمن بالوضع في المستشفى بدون ذكر اسمها أو بدون أن تعلن المستشفى عن اسم الأم. بعد الولادة فإن الأم تغادر المستشفى. يكون الطفل عرضة للتبني بعد فترة معينة.
