Put on a condom before penetration. Do it in the following way:
- Check that the expiry date has not yet passed. Only use condoms with the CE quality label on the wrapping.
- Tear the pouch open. There is a small incision on one side of the packaging to help you. Do not open it with scissors, a knife or teeth. The condom may tear. Be careful with long fingernails.
- Pull back the foreskin if the penis is not circumcised. Squeeze the tip of the condom to leave room for semen and put the condom on top of the penis. The penis should be hard (erection).
- Make sure the rolled-up rim of the condom is on the outside. Roll down the condom over the entire penis so it does not slip off.
- After ejaculation, take the condom off the penis while it is still hard.
- Hold the condom at the rim and make sure no semen leaks out.
- Tie the condom in a knot to prevent semen from spilling out. Throw the used condom in a bin.
Only use the condom once.
Condoms are available in different sizes, depending on the thickness of the penis. The condom should not be too tight or too loose.
Do not use 2 condoms at the same time. The condoms may tear.
Only use water-based lubricants on the condom. Use a lubricant especially when having anal sex.
Streifen Sie vor dem Eindringen ein Kondom über. Gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor:
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Verfallsdatum noch nicht überschritten ist. Verwenden Sie nur Kondome, die das CE-Qualitätszeichen auf der Verpackung aufweisen.
- Reißen Sie die Verpackung auf. An der Seite der Verpackung befindet sich ein kleiner Einschnitt, der Ihnen das erleichtert. Öffnen Sie die Verpackung nicht mit einer Schere, einem Messer oder den Zähnen. Andernfalls kann das Kondom reißen. Seien Sie bei langen Fingernägeln vorsichtig.
- Ziehen Sie die Vorhaut zurück, wenn der Penis nicht beschnitten ist. Drücken Sie die Spitze des Kondoms zusammen, damit Platz für das Sperma bleibt, und setzen Sie das Kondom auf die Penisspitze. Der Penis sollte hart sein (Erektion).
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der aufgerollte Rand des Kondoms außen befindet. Rollen Sie das Kondom über den gesamten Penis nach unten, sodass es nicht herunterrutscht.
- Streifen Sie das Kondom nach dem Samenerguss vom Penis ab, während dieser noch hart ist.
- Halten Sie das Kondom am Rand fest und stellen Sie sicher, dass kein Sperma heraustropft.
- Machen Sie einen Knoten in das Kondom, damit das Sperma nicht herausläuft. Werfen Sie das benutzte Kondom in den Müll.
Verwenden Sie das Kondom nur einmal.
Kondome gibt es in verschiedenen Größen, abhängig von der Dicke des Penis. Das Kondom sollte nicht zu eng oder zu locker sitzen.
Verwenden Sie nicht zwei Kondome gleichzeitig. Andernfalls können die Kondome reißen.
Verwenden Sie auf dem Kondom nur Gleitmittel auf Wasserbasis. Verwenden Sie besonders dann ein Gleitmittel, wenn Sie Analsex haben.
