Man’s internal sexual organs
A man’s internal sexual organs are:
- two testicles (1),
- two epididymides (2),
- two sperm ducts (3),
- the prostate (4) and
- two seminal vesicles (5).
Testicles
A man has two testicles (1). They sit in the scrotum. One testicle may be slightly smaller than the other and may hang a bit lower.
The testicles produce sperm (sperm cells).
Epididymides
Each testicle is connected to an epididymis (2). The epididymis collects the sperm produced by the testicle.
Sperm ducts
Each epididymis is connected to a sperm duct (3). The two sperm ducts carry the sperm to the prostate (4).
Seminal vesicles
Men have two seminal vesicles (5). They are connected to the sperm ducts. The seminal vesicles also produce liquid that mixes with the sperm.
The sperm and the liquids from these glands make up the semen (seminal fluid).

Organet seksuale të brendshme të mashkullit janë
- dy testikuj (1),
- dy epididime (2),
- dy kanale të spermës (3),
- prostata (4) dhe
- dy fshikëza seminale (5).
Testikujt
Mashkulli ka dy testikuj (1). Ato ndodhen në skrotum. Njëri nga testikujt mund të jetë pak më i vogël se tjetri dhe i varur pak më poshtë.
Testikujt prodhojnë spermën (qelizat spermatozoide).
Epididimet
Secili prej dy testikujve është i lidhur me një epididim (2). Këtu mblidhen spermatozoidët që prodhohen në testikuj.
Kanalet e spermës
Çdo epididim është i lidhur me një kanal të spermës (3). Spermatozoidët transportohen në prostatë (4) përmes dy kanaleve të spermës.
Fshikëzat seminale
Meshkujt kanë dy fshikëza seminale (5). Ato janë të lidhura me kanalet e spermës. Edhe fshikëzat seminale prodhojnë një lëng, i cili përzihet me spermën.
Spermatozoidët dhe lëngjet nga fshikëzat seminale formojnë spermën (lëngun seminal).
