No-one can predict exactly when a girl will ovulate for the first time. Her first menstrual period merely shows that she ovulated for the first time about 2 weeks before. This means that she can get pregnant 2 weeks before her first period.
Boys: fertile from their first ejaculation
Boys produce sperm cells (sperm) for the first time during puberty. When a boy ejaculates for the first time, he is fertile. Even when he has sexual intercourse for the first time, if he does not use contraception he can father a child.
No desire to have children
