Видимі (зовнішні) статеві органи чоловіка:
Головка – це чутливий кінчик пеніса. Крайня плоть огортає головку. Можна відтягувати крайню плоть вперед і назад. Деякі чоловіки обрізані. У них більше немає крайньої плоті або є лише частина крайньої плоті.
Отвір уретри знаходиться в голівці.
Пеніс і мошонка
Пеніс виконує дві функції:
- коли пеніс в'ялий: сеча може виводитися з організму через пеніс;
- коли пеніс твердий (ерекція): сперма може виходити з організму через пеніс.
Сперма і сеча не можуть виходити із пенісу одночасно.
Сексуально збуджений чоловік може отримати ерекцію. Пеніс стає твердим від притоку крові. У чоловіків часто твердий пеніс, коли вони прокидаються вранці. Це не означає, що вони збуджені.
Під час статевого акту твердий пеніс проникає в піхву (пенетрація).
Форми пенісів
Розмір і форма пеніса можуть бути різними. Деякі чоловіки мають великі пеніси, а інші – маленькі. Як розмір збудженого пеніса, так і розмір пеніса без ерекції може відрізнятися у різних чоловіків. Деякі чоловіки мають вигнутий пеніс, а інші мають більш прямий. Зовнішній вигляд пеніса не впливає на його функцій або на добрий секс.

The glans is the sensitive tip of the penis. The foreskin is wrapped around the glans. You can move the foreskin backwards and forwards. Some men are circumcised. They no longer have a foreskin, or part of the foreskin.
The urinary meatus lies in the glans.
Penis and scrotum
The penis has 2 functions:
- If the penis is soft: urine can leave the body through the penis;
- If the penis is hard (erection): semen can leave the body through the penis.
Semen and urine cannot leave the penis at the same time.
A man who is aroused can get an erection. The penis swells with blood. Men often have a hard penis when they wake up in the morning. This does not mean they are aroused.
During sexual intercourse, the hard penis enters the vagina (penetration).
Types of penises
The size and shape of the penis can vary. Some men have a large penis, others have a smaller one. Both the size of the erect penis and the non-erect penis can vary from man to man. Some men have a curved penis, others have a more straight one. The way the penis looks is not important for its functions or for good sex.
