У мужчин наружными (внешними) половыми органами являются:
Головка — верхняя чувствительная часть пениса. Головка покрыта крайней плотью. Крайнюю плоть можно сдвинуть назад или вперед. Некоторым мужчинам было проведено обрезание. Крайняя плоть у таких мужчин полностью отсутствует.
В головке расположено наружное отверстие мочеиспускательного канала.
Пенис и мошонка
У пениса 2 функции:
- Если пенис мягкий, он может выделять мочу;
- Если пенис твердый (в состоянии эрекции), он может выделять сперму.
Сперма и моча не могут выделяться одновременно.
Если мужчина возбужден, у него может возникнуть эрекция. В этом случае к пенису приливает кровь. Эрекция часто бывает у мужчин по утрам, во время пробуждения. Это не означает, что мужчина возбужден.
Во время полового акта эрегированный пенис вводится во влагалище, (происходит проникновение).
Внешний вид пениса
Пенисы различаются по размеру и форме. Они могут быть более или менее крупными. Кроме того, размеры эрегированного и неэрегированного пениса также могут быть разными у разных мужчин. У одних мужчин пенис имеет загнутую форму, у других он более прямой. Внешний вид пениса не влияет ни на его функциональность, ни на качество секса.

The glans is the sensitive tip of the penis. The foreskin is wrapped around the glans. You can move the foreskin backwards and forwards. Some men are circumcised. They no longer have a foreskin, or part of the foreskin.

Penis and scrotum
The penis has 2 functions:
- If the penis is soft: urine can leave the body through the penis;
- If the penis is hard (erection): semen can leave the body through the penis.
Semen and urine cannot leave the penis at the same time.
A man who is aroused can get an erection. The penis swells with blood. Men often have a hard penis when they wake up in the morning. This does not mean they are aroused.
During sexual intercourse, the hard penis enters the vagina (penetration).
Types of penises
The size and shape of the penis can vary. Some men have a large penis, others have a smaller one. Both the size of the erect penis and the non-erect penis can vary from man to man. Some men have a curved penis, others have a more straight one. The way the penis looks is not important for its functions or for good sex.
