Violenţa sexuală
Violenţa sexuală este atunci când cineva vă atacă cu cuvinte sau fapte, care au conotaţie sexuală sau ca să vă umilească. Această persoană vă încalcă limitele, pentru a se simţi astfel mai puternic. Aceasta este o nedreptate şi poate fi pedepsită dur în Germania.
Există bărbaţi şi puţine femei, care exercită violenţa sexuală. Persoanele afectate de violenţa sexuală pot fi adulţi şi copii, de obicei fiind fete şi femei.
Violenţa sexuală are multe forme:
- când cineva vorbeşte despre dvs. folosind cuvinte cu conotaţie sexuală şi vrea să vă insulte.
- când cineva vă atinge pieptul sau fundul, deşi nu vreţi asta.
- când cineva vă hărţuieşte sexual la telefon, pe internet sau prin mesaje cu conţinut sexual.
- când cineva vă arată imagini sau filme porno fără să vă întrebe sau împotriva voinţei dvs.
- când cineva vă forţează la acte sexuale sau vrea să priviţi astfel de acte.
Mai există şi alte forme de violenţa sexuală. E important să aveţi încredere în sentimentele dvs. şi să le luaţi în serios. Nimeni nu are voie să vă atingă sexual şi să vă agreseze. Aveţi dreptul să decideţi personal ce doriţi şi ce nu.
Copiii pot fi şi ei victime ale violenţei sexuale.
Persoanele care au suferit violenţă sexuală le vine greu să ceară ajutor. Deseori se ruşinează sau se simt vinovaţi. A cere ajutor este un semn de tărie personală. Arată că nu permiţi nimănui să te jignească. Orice femeie, bărbat, fata şi băiat are drept la ajutor. O modalitate de a reduce infracţiunile sexuale
Pentru a preveni infracţiunile sexuale, în Germania se oferă asistenţă şi consiliere pentru persoanele care au comis sau care se tem că ar putea comite acte de violenţă sexuală. Bărbaţii (şi femeile), care au o dorinţă puternică în a-i umili sexual pe alţii pot cere ajutor înainte să se întâmple ceva. Pentru ajutor vezi aici. Sexualized violence
Sexualized violence is when someone attacks you with words or deeds that are meant sexually and wants to humiliate you with them. This person disrespects your boundaries in order to feel more powerful. This is an injustice and can be severely punished in Germany.
Men and sometimes women exercise sexualized violence. People affected by sexualized violence can be adults or children, and are most often girls and women.
Sexualized violence has many forms:
- Someone talks to you using sexual words and wants to offend you with them.
- Someone touches you on your chest or buttocks, even though you do not want them to.
- Someone bothers you with sexual content on the phone, on the internet or in a text message.
- Someone shows you pornographic pictures or films against your will or without asking you first.
- Somebody forces you into sexual acts or wants you to watch sexual acts.
There are many other forms of sexualized violence. It is important to trust your feelings and take them seriously. No one is allowed to touch you sexually against your will or to commit any act of violence against you. You decide for yourself what you want and what you don't want.
Children can also be victims of sexualized violence.
People who experience sexualized violence often find it hard to seek help. They often feel ashamed or guilty. Getting help is a sign of strength. It shows that you will not just sit back and take it when someone hurts you. Every woman, every man, every girl and every boy has a right to help. Reducing sexual offenses
In order to prevent sexual offenses, there is also help and counselling in Germany for people who have committed sexualized violence, or who fear that they could commit sexualized violence.
