Les organes sexuels (externes) visibles d’un homme sont :
Le gland est l’extrémité sensible du pénis. Le prépuce entoure le gland. Vous pouvez avancer et reculer le prépuce. Certains hommes sont circoncis. Leur prépuce a été retiré en partie ou en totalité.
Le méat urinaire se trouve dans le gland.
Pénis et scrotum
Le pénis a 2 fonctions :
- Si le pénis est mou : l’urine peut sortir du corps par le pénis.
- Si le pénis est dur (en érection) : le sperme peut sortir du corps par le pénis.
Le sperme et l’urine ne peuvent pas sortir du pénis en même temps.
Lorsqu’un homme est excité, il peut avoir une érection. Le pénis se gonfle de sang. Les hommes ont souvent le pénis en érection quand ils se réveillent le matin. Cela ne veut pas dire qu’ils sont excités.
Pendant un rapport sexuel, le pénis dur entre dans le vagin (pénétration).
Le scrotum contient les testicules.
Types de pénis
La taille et la forme du pénis peuvent varier. Certains hommes ont un pénis plus grand, d’autres en ont un plus petit. La taille d’un pénis en érection et d’un pénis qui n’est pas en érection peut varier d’un homme à l’autre. Certains hommes ont un pénis courbé, d’autres en ont un droit. L’apparence du pénis n’influe pas sur son fonctionnement ou sur la qualité des relations sexuelles.

The glans is the sensitive tip of the penis. The foreskin is wrapped around the glans. You can move the foreskin backwards and forwards. Some men are circumcised. They no longer have a foreskin, or part of the foreskin.
The urinary meatus lies in the glans.
Penis and scrotum
The penis has 2 functions:
- If the penis is soft: urine can leave the body through the penis;
- If the penis is hard (erection): semen can leave the body through the penis.
Semen and urine cannot leave the penis at the same time.
A man who is aroused can get an erection. The penis swells with blood. Men often have a hard penis when they wake up in the morning. This does not mean they are aroused.
During sexual intercourse, the hard penis enters the vagina (penetration).
Types of penises
The size and shape of the penis can vary. Some men have a large penis, others have a smaller one. Both the size of the erect penis and the non-erect penis can vary from man to man. Some men have a curved penis, others have a more straight one. The way the penis looks is not important for its functions or for good sex.
